Some devices may experience problems connecting with their Wi-Fi network. 


1. Try to look at your settings and see if your tablet can find the Wi-Fi connection. 

    a. If you can't find your Wi-Fi,  try to reset your router if possible. 

    b. If you can find your Wi-Fi but the internet isn't working,  try to reset your router if possible. 


    Still having issues? Try Step 2.


2. The next thing to do is restart the iPad. This can help reset the hardware to detect a better signal. 

  1. Press and hold the power button for a few seconds. 
  2. Wait until you see the 'Slide to Power Off' appear on your screen.
  3. Swipe the Slider to Power Off.
  4. After a few seconds, press and hold the power button again and wait for your device to turn on.

3. See if the problem is with a specific network or with any Wi-Fi connection.


        a. Network Specific Problems

                What you want is to reconnect to the Wi-Fi 

  1. Go to Settings -> Wi-Fi
  2. Tap on the network you want to forget
  3. Press "Forget This Network"
  4. Then try to reconnect to the same network using the right credentials. 



        b. Any Wi-Fi Connection

                What you want is to reset the device, if you haven't already,

  1. Press and hold the power button for a few seconds. 
  2. Wait until you see the 'Slide to Power Off' appear on your screen.
  3. Swipe the Slider to Power Off.
  4. After a few seconds, press and hold the power button again and wait for your device to turn on.
